Is this overkill? Oh well. Perhaps it is the transition from city to mountains, or just the sheer joy of cooking I get every summer at about this time when fresh produce is in abundance. Nonetheless, this weekends’ farmer’s market left me inspired to whip together omelettes and dine out ‘al organic’.
