la merenda. (shared snack).

Trying new restaurants can go one of two ways. In this case, my dinner experience at Boulder’s latest Cafe Aion was an absolute delight. An artfully crafted floor space with expertly edited touches like post-modern bar stools, avant garde lighting fixtures and plexi-lacquered wooden tables. A substantial list of updated Spanish style tapas to taste and share amongst friends with a wine, beer, and chilled sherry list to match. Delicious.
